Leading health experts exposing vaccine dangers

vaccines will be using adjuvants -- chemicals used to multiply the potency of the active ingredients in vaccines.

Notably, there is absolutely no safety data on the use of adjuvants in infants and expectant mothers -- the two groups being most aggressively targeted by the swine flu vaccine pushers. This leads us to the disturbing conclusion that the swine flu vaccine could be a modern medical disaster. It's untested and un-tried. Its ingredients are potentially quite dangerous, and the adjuvants being used in the vaccines are suspected of causing neurological disorders.

Is the below a conspiracy theory? Research for yourself and try and debunk. There is some conjecture and opinion below but the facts presented are basically sound.

The media plan is to scare people into taking H1N1 vaccines. If there really is an increase in hospitalizations as now claimed by the Center of Disease Control (CDC), then the mild virus that has circled the globe for 6 months has mutated from mild to something more dangerous. If mutated, then the 250 million H1N1 vaccines for USA are obsolete and useless.

Which is it? A mild flu that is no big deal, or a new more dangerous strain?

Perhaps we can ask the Hawaii Dept of Health (DOH) officials to clarify whether the vaccines are obsolete or not, and explain their reasoning? Perhaps we can ask whether this H1N1 influenza is like any other seasonal flu, and the whole worldwide pandemic scare is simply a lucrative scam?

New Zealand, South Africa and Mexico
In New Zealand, a nation of 4 million people, only 27 died in a long cold southern hemisphere winter, and all these souls had underlying health complications. Does that sound like a scary emergency 'pandemic'?

According to Secretaría de Salud de Mexico, in a country of 105 million, only 242 people have died in the last 6 months from H1N1 swine flu, again, most with underlying complications. 

South Africa with 47 million people had 94 deaths attributed to H1N1 'swine' flu.
Following these statistics, in Hawaii, if more than a half dozen people die in the next 6 months, then it is not same world wide virus; it has mutated; and vaccines were a waste to everyone but the drug companies. It is more likely you will die in a car wreck so why take the vaccine?

If we have the original H1N1 flu, will the brand new untested vaccines be effective? They may decrease symptoms, do nothing, or they may cause harm. No one knows.

Baxter International was awarded the first contract to produce the vaccines and Novartis/Baxter got the contract to test them! No independent testing!

Without adequate time for thorough testing, billions of shots are being produced at break neck speed, and the World Health Organization (WHO) via CDC via DOH keeps urging us to take them. Why?

The answer is the word 'pandemic.'  WHO changed the definition recently, just for this alleged H1N1 'swine flu.'

“The old definition was a new virus, which went around quickly, for which you didn't have immunity, and which created a high morbidity and mortality rate. Now some workers are being told, "Get vaccinated or lose your job!"  Mandatory vaccinating has already started.
When DOH spokesperson says “we have never considered mandatory vaccines,” it is an irrelevant statement. DOH no longer has authority according to international law that USA falls under with Level 6 'Pandemic'.

In 2005, 193 member nations agreed to change their laws and give up their sovereign rights to the World Health Organization (WHO) whenever WHO decides to declare Level 6 'Pandemic."

Bush signed these laws without congressional overview or media coverage. Why secrecy?

We are currently under the law of WHO and will be until WHO says the 'emergency' is over. This could be years. (Also see National Security and Homeland Security Preidential Directive)  

County Councils are therefore correct to become alarmed at rumors of compulsory shots because it is not a rumor. Everyone should be alarmed.

Receiving completely untested vaccines may no longer be your choice. Your job may depend on getting required shots, or perhaps your travel might be restricted. Sacramento Airport now has a vaccine center and this will go world wide very soon.

How will mandatory shots be enforced? Military, police and health workers will be the first told to take H1N1 vaccine or court martial/fired. They will then “obey orders.” Or maybe they will be heroes and will say, "No way!"    

Others may say, “It's just a vaccine, I want my job.” This ignores the question, “Why did WHO invent a 'pandemic' and then immediately set up a world wide schedule to push untested vaccines through martial law?”

WHO has admitted H1N1 is not deadly. But in Greece, France.... 'mandatory' is rolling. Greek health minister declared all 12 million citizens will get shots "without exception"! And there is something sinister about the vaccines, and it is more than money.

Baxter, mentioned above, is also a bio-warfare company. Hard to believe? Google it.

Biggest vaccine misconception

Vaccines don't stop an outbreak. The biggest lie being touted everywhere is that vaccines can slow an epidemic.  Vaccines can only mitigate symptoms.

After vaccination, you can still catch flu and you will still go through a contagious period and miss work.

So why should anyone be forced to be vaccinated if they will still be contagious? Those with shots would still need mask anyway.

Forced masks make sense; forced untested vaccines do not. There is no excuse for forced vaccinations, unless there is ulterior motive and considering all the secrecy. We can assume there is.

We have to ask, "Why?"

"Why did WHO change definition of pandemic?"

"Why did Bush sign away our rights without telling us?"

"Why does CDC want everyone to take UNTESTED shots and constantly lies about them being adequately tested?"

"Why is Hawaii DOH ignorant of international Level 6 protocols and dumbing us down with naive statements?"

Between secret manipulation and naivety, who can we trust?

On Friday Oct 9, 2009, the writer briefed the Director, the spokesperson, and much of the staff at Hawaii Dept of Health, as well as hundreds of the faculty and thousands of students at University of Hawaii Manoa, about the charges filed with the FBI naming WHO, UN, CDC, and drug companies as a syndicate with criminal intent. Injunctions against these unwarranted, untested, H1N1 vaccines are also being put in place in several states now by investigative citizens. Hawaii should do the same. (Attorneys reading this might check the bottom lower links.)
One last big question... How can there be USA patents for H1N1 virus from 2008, obtained before the 'swine flu' even existed?

Swine flu was never novel nor from a Mexican pig farm.

H1N1 was already created in a lab years before.  The public was lied to.  Again, it is Baxter trusted to produce and test its own vaccines that has the patent.

The nasal spray is the most dangerous because it contains live virus that could be manipulated to create an intensified surge of infection and panic.

This will be needed to carry out the mandatory agenda.

But remember, every year 36,000 Americans die of flu complicated deaths. We can bet every single death this year will be used by media to push H1N1 vaccines.

Criminal intent?

When adding the legal manipulations, the secrecy, the drug company presence at WHO , the initial lies that swine flu H1N1 was a new virus, no independent testing, that laws have been passed so no drug maker can be sued for damages from their 'safe' products,

the advanced established protocol to use military for a mild influenza,...it becomes difficult to breath without noticing a foul smell of criminal intent.

And what would motive be for such a global plot?  

One theory is that a global elite cannot survive a random collapse that must come due to eventual resource depletion and too many people, so they have come up with a solution that preserves their total control.

There are bio weapons that can be triggered by a third shot that could be used to selectively take down populations.  They are now rushing to get the first two shots into us.  

Depopulation with the bonus of being in control during crisis is this author's conclusion about motive, however the reader may deduce a different motive. Regardless, it is difficult to see anything benign in all the fraud and manipulation, so perhaps, without fully understanding their plan, we can see there is a criminal leadership on the level of the UN, WHO, CDC, certain presidents, drug companies, and corporate media, that has organized this debacle.

Missing in the criminals' entire equation is the good will within human beings to solve problems.  Missing is cooperation and inclusiveness and compassion. Missing is true education and a truly informed and powerful citizenry. 

The idea that the masses can be lifted to create a higher civilization never ever crosses their minds because they are gangsters and have been for centuries.  The top dog can only bite and tear.

Vaccines cannot slow the spread of an epidemic... they can only somewhat reduce symptoms in the individual.  There is no sound rationale for mandatory vaccinations.  The widespread erroneous assumption that shots will slow infection rate is being marketed to a naive public via our schools and airports. 

Do not let anyone you care about take untested vaccines without first showing them the research.  Protest a mandatory agenda in your neighborhood and municipality as if your life depends on it, for it probably will.

We are all Jews in Hitler Germany now. Never again!

Have compassion for the police as individuals who in their hearts, also want a civilization based on good will.

Expect intensified media panic.  Expect protest news to be censored. And expect the monsters behind this plot to fail, and people power to prevail.

The more concentrated 'their' power becomes, the closer they will come to their own end. Things will get worse before better, but the good will within you can never be taken away.

Washington DC – October 9, 2009: Despite the FDA’s intention to begin
delivery this week of the novel “Swine Flu” 2009-H1N1-A live virus nasal
mist vaccine to 90,000 government-approved locations nationwide, six New
Yorkers and several NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs) filed for an
Emergency Injunction in the US District Court for the District of
Columbia to prevent the distribution of what they believe are illegal,
unnecessary and dangerous vaccines.

The case of Null, Laibow et al. v FDA et al. [Docket No.
1:09-cv-01924]challenges the legality of the September 15th licensing of
four vaccines prior to any safety testing for what the government calls
a “novel flu virus with pandemic potential.” The complaint alleges that
the government failed to follow its own rules and applicable legislation
in rushing the vaccine approvals in the absence of any of the requisite
minimum scientifically sound and appropriate testing for both safety and
effectiveness as required by law since 1964.

The New Yorkers are all health care workers who are therefore subject to
that State’s new legal mandate (promulgated August 13, 2009) requiring
that nearly all of the State’s half million health care workers receive
all Federally recommended flu vaccines or lose their jobs. This
requirement puts the health care workers in significant jeopardy since
these newly approved vaccines have never been tested for either safety
or efficacy and may carry major risks.

The lawsuit, announced at a demonstration by the health care workers
last week at the State Capitol in Albany on September 29, 2009, is
expected to be just one of the suits filed challenging various
government “emergency” actions for a flu that has proven (during the
just concluded Southern Hemisphere flu season) to be neither pandemic
nor virulent despite dire predictions to the contrary and despite a
Health Emergency declared by the CDC on April 25, 2009, 11 days after
the first alleged death from Swine Flu on April 14, 2009 and a Level 6
Pandemic declaration by the World Health Organization followed on June
11, 2009 (which was only possible since W.H.O. downgraded the definition
of a “Level 6 Pandemic”).

The Plaintiffs include health care professionals such as Dr. Gary Null,
PhD, a well-known New York nutritionist, Rima E. Laibow, MD, a New York
licensed physician who is Medical Director and a Trustee of the Natural
Solutions Foundation, Dr. Tedd Koren DC, head of Foundation for Health
Choice and four other health care workers covered by the mandate,
including a Registered Nurse who has had prior adverse reactions to flu
vaccines; a pregnant Nurse’s Aide, a health care student who has been
told that she cannot see the patients whom she must see in order to
finish her training, and a woman who works in the billing department of
a hospital. All have been denied exemptions and told they will lose
their positions under the new mandate if they are not vaccinated with
all flu vaccines, including the new “Swine Flu” vaccine.

The Complaint alleges that the FDA erred in determining that safety
testing was not needed because the 2009-H1N1-A vaccines are a mere
“change of strain” not requiring safety testing. The Plaintiffs claim
there is no significant scientific agreement that supports the
government’s actions. The experts presented by the Plaintiffs include
Sarah Schon MD, a Board Certified Immunologist and Paul G. King PhD, a
noted analytical chemist with decades of experience in the
pharmaceutical industry.

The Plaintiffs further allege that the Live Attenuated Influenza Virus
(LAIV) nasal mist vaccine could trigger the very pandemic the government
claims people should fear, calling the decision to allow a LAIV vaccine
using a WHO and CDC declared “novel pandemic virus” an “arbitrary and
capricious decision without any basis in the scientific record.”

Citing HHS Secretary Sebelius’s September 15th testimony before a
Congressional committee when she announced the vaccine licensing, that
even the FDA’s own scientists would not “sign-off” on the use of the
most toxic vaccine ingredients (known as “oil in water adjuvants”) the
Plaintiffs allege the government has a plan to nonetheless approve these
substances, never before approved for drug use in the United States,
under an “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) permitted by the 2005
Project Bioshield Act. On July 13, 2009, according to a press release on
the www.HHS.gov web site, the government purchased nearly a half billion
dollar’s worth ($485 Million USD) of the deadly adjuvnt squalene, an oil
in water adjuvant, blamed by many nongovernmental physicians as a “Gulf
War Syndrome” causative agent in more than 25% of the soldiers who were
subjected to an experimental anthrax vaccine, Vaccine A, containing
squalene. Vaccine A was later authorized under an EUA propmpting a Court
ruling that makes its use legal only in voluntary situations. The
government’s stockpile is enough squalene to “stretch” the 167 million
doses of “Swine Flu” vaccine the government has purchased to cover the
entire American population since the purpose of an adjuvant is to
increase immune response to the injected material. The FDA web site
indicates that the adjuvanted vaccines will be provided under an EUA
which will allow the agency to skirt “Good Manufacturing Practices” and
any issue of whether squalene is too dangerous to be permitted.

Secretary Sebelius further testified before Congress that a single
company will be contracted by the government to deliver the vaccines to
90,000 locations around the country. The FDA site further indicates that
the squalene will be mixed with the approved vaccines at those sites
before administering the shots, without regard to normal pharmaceutical
manufacturing requirements. The Plaintiffs claim that this will result
in dangerously adulterated vaccines that may cause much more injury than
the infamous 1976 “Swine Flu” vaccine program that killed hundreds and
maimed thousands before it was stopped just ten weeks after it began,
with nearly fifty million Americans having received that deadly shot or
the dangerous squalene-adjuvanted Vaccine A which caused so many
cataclysmic illnesses and deaths in Gulf War I military personnel. These
shots, too, were both unnecessary and untested.

In their submitted Complaint, Brief and Certifications the Plaintiffs
remind the Court that as early as 1905, even before the Federal
authorities had the legal power to license vaccines, the Supreme Court
stated, in Jacobson v Massachusetts (197 U.S. 11),

“We are not to be understood as holding … that the judiciary would not
be competent to interfere and protect the health and life of the
individual … ‘All laws,’ this court has said, ’should receive a sensible
construction. General terms should be so limited in their application as
not to lead to injustice, oppression or absurd consequence.’ …”

The lead attorney for the Plaintiffs, Leslie Fourton JD, of New York, is
working with the respected Washington regulatory law firm of Swankin and
Turner and a team of legal experts from around the country, including
Larry Becraft JD, Alabama, Alan G. Phillips JD, North Carolina, and
Ralph Fucetola JD, New Jersey.

Counsel Fourton stated,

“Without taking into account serious objections raised by many
scientists, FDA approved four “Swine Flu” 2009-H1N1-A Vaccines without
enough concern about any definitive safety testing and the quality
thereof. The Secretary of Health and Human Services testified before
Congress, announcing the approvals and a program to widely distribute
the Vaccines which were purchased by the federal government. The
administrative record appears to be defective in that the record as
posted on the Agency web site does not include, for all the approved
Vaccines, a drug package insert or label with an accurate list of
ingredients. We don’t know what was approved or how dangerous it may be.
The Plaintiffs seek immediate relief.”

threatened by the “Swine Flu” vaccine approvals, by joining in the legal
